Practice Fields

Our park sits on 160-acres that can accommodate a variety of events in addition to our main stadium. The versatility of the complex allows for a professional or amateur setup, complemented by an abundance of dedicated practice areas. These include:

Twelve (12) full professionally manicured fields for baseball that offer the ideal tournament destination setup
Five (5) 120 yard x 80 yard multi-sport fields covered in bermuda grass that caters to soccer, lacrosse, football, rugby, and more
Covered/Uncovered batting cages
Turf agility fields for pre-game workouts and training

Team Store

During Spring Training, the Team Store is the ultimate destination for fans looking to take home a piece of the CACTI Park experience with a wide selection of official Astros and Nationals gear. For the other ten months of the year, the Team Store offers a unique and versatile space that can be utilized for a variety of private events, group outings, and special experiences at the ballpark. With its industrial design, natural light, and a view of the main field, there are endless options for the perfect outing. Additionally, the Team Store amenities include four televisions and premium catering menus, while staying cool in the air-conditioned space.

Shaded Concourse

The Shaded Concourse, spanning Sections 101-118, offers guests a comfortable escape from the Florida sun without missing a moment of the action on the field. Whether you're cooling off between innings, enjoying classic ballpark concessions, or engaging with interactive partner activations and exhibits, this covered area serves as one of the stadium's most popular gathering spaces.

Beyond game day, the Shaded Concourse provides a versatile open-air venue for events of all sizes. Featuring a panoramic view of the field, convenient access to restrooms, and protection from the elements, the space can be customized to fit a wide range of occasions. From corporate receptions and community gatherings to fundraisers and festivals, the possibilities are endless. Past events hosted on the concourse include the Governor's Baseball Dinner, Best Buddies Friendship Walk, Brew Bowl, Junior Achievement Inspire Career Fairs, and many more.

Party Decks & Suites

Located on the Suite Level, the 1st and 3rd Base Decks are two of the ballpark’s most fun and relaxing areas. With endless year-round possibilities, these areas feature our most versatile outdoor party environments, comfortably accommodating up to 90 people. Party Deck features and amenities include:

Bird's eye view of the stadium field
Full-service bar with private Levy attendants
Private suite-level restrooms
Seating rail overlooking the field and a variety of casual patio furniture to relax
All-You-Can-Eat buffet menu packages for the best dining experience

Our Party Decks offer the perfect outdoor getaway for corporate events, social clubs, or any group of 30 or more. Contact us to share your vision for an event outside of Spring Training, or join us for a game!

Looking for something more intimate for your group of 30 or less? Our premium suites are the perfect option! Located on the Suite Level, the suites can accommodate up to 30 guests and provide an opportunity to enjoy an unforgettable Spring Training or event experience. Suite features and amenities include:

Fantastic panoramic views of the stadium field
Open balcony seating, 60" television, air conditioning, refrigerators, and private suite-level restrooms
Superior hospitality service with a personal Levy attendant
Customized premium catering options for your food and beverage needs

Sailfish Bar

The Sailfish Bar, located on the left field concourse, is a fan-favorite destination during Spring Training for ice-cold drinks and the perfect outfield views. This full-service bar offers a wide selection of premium cocktails, domestic and craft brews, and refreshing seltzers. Beyond its impressive beverage lineup, the Sailfish Bar provides a unique view of the bullpen, giving fans an up-close look at players as they warm up throughout the game. Whether you're meeting friends for happy hour, enjoying a freshly poured draft, or simply taking in the atmosphere, the Sailfish Bar delivers a relaxed and exciting game-day experience from first pitch to final out.

Outside of February and March, the Sailfish Bar can serve as an additional amenity for an event on the concourse or in the Team Store. It's previously been featured as a VIP section, adults-only area, or the main bar for your exclusive CACTI Park event!
